Looking for a nice post-workout smoothie? Try my PBB (Peanut Butter and Banana) smoothie! Okay, to be honest, I kind of just threw everything I liked together.
- 1 frozen medium banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon (or more, if you really like cinnamon like me!)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 to 1 cup milk/almond milk (put less for more creaminess)
- 2-6 ice cubes (you can skip this if you want!)
Blend together, and enjoy! I sometimes put a teaspoon of flaxseed just because I like it. :)
